Returns and Refunds.

All items purchased from Kingston Lures can easily be returned via Australia post. Please note buyers are responsible for return postage costs. You can also email or call to organize a drop of time within 30 days from delivery.

Returns via Business Address.

You can return items that you have purchased online to us for an exchange or refund, but you must present proof of purchase, ideally your tax invoice or order number. We will assess the items and determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 

Returns via the post.

To return an item that you have purchased from Kingston Lures via post:

Please send to Kingston Lures 17 Willowdene close Somerville Victoria 3912 and include your address, if an exchange is required please include a return prepaid satchel, drop it into your nearest red post box or call into an Australia Post outlet.

We also reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns should a refund or be declined or if you have changed your mind. If you have requested an exchange of a product that you have purchased online, we will do our best to fulfil your request, however, please note that this is subject to stock availability.
